AG Development Group LLC is a Georgia Based Residential Development Firm that integrates quality, design, service, delivery and value.

Founded in 2020 by Anastasiya Arina and Anthony Gonzalez, AG Development was built on decades of combined experience in residential and commercial development. As a Husband-and-wife leadership team, we bring strategic execution and design vision to every project --- continuously learning, refining, and implementing advance building techniques and materials.
Our foundation was built on high-quality stick- built construction and complex, challenging renovation projects, including homes located in historic districts. we established our reputation for architectural integrity, refined interior detailing, strong structural execution, and timeless yet innovate design.
Today, we build using both traditional wood framing and steel, selecting the most appropriate construction method based on the design, performance goals, and long- term vision of each project. This flexibility allows us to approach every home intentionally--- without compromising quality, durability, or design.

Anastasiya Arina
Lead Designer/Business Development
I am a partner and the design visionary behind AG Development. I lead the company's evolution in design, materials, and construction methods--- ensuring every home reflects structural integrity, long-term value, and refined aesthetics.

my professional career is rooted entirely in real estate. I began in the mortgage industry in 2005, becoming a top producer and gaining a deep understanding of how quality construction directly impacts value, financing, and long-term ownership. In 2011, I pivoted and secured employment with a woman-owned law firm representing banking institutions in real estate matters, and developed strong expertise in contracts, compliance, and development structure.
while living in South Florida, I spent over a decade working alongside luxury developers in prestigious markets, learning from leading architects and builders while building under rigorous Miami-dade county building code. this experience shaped my standards for design, durability, discipline, and execution at the highest level.

seeking to enter a new market and build independently, I strategically chose Atlanta and surrounding markets. through ag development, I am not simply building homes--- I am building an ecosystem that integrates design excellence, structural performance, financial intelligence, and environmental responsibility.
I believe a home should honor both human needs and the natural world, delivering beauty, longevity and performance without compromise.
Anthony Gonzalez
Head of Operations
I am a Partner and operational leader at AG Development, overseeing construction execution, strategic growth, and performance across every project.

Originally from New York and raised in South Florida, I developed an early entrepreneurial drive that led me into both commercial real estate and the fitness industry. As a partner and operator of multiple Orangetheory Fitness studios in highly competitive Miami-Dade markets — including Downtown Miami and the Design District — I built and scaled top-performing locations from the ground up. Under my leadership, the studios became high-producing operations, which I later successfully exited to focus fully on development.

Alongside my business ventures, I was actively investing in real estate and participating in residential construction projects. Recognizing the opportunity to build something larger and more intentional, I partnered with Anastasiya Arina to launch AG Development — combining her design and financial intelligence with my operational execution and growth mindset.
At AG Development, I lead with structure and accountability. My responsibilities includes sourcing materials, research of building practices, assembling high-performance teams of architects and trades, and maintaining strong relationships with municipalities and local government. This approach prioritizes efficiency, durability, and financial viability — ensuring each project is delivered with discipline, integrity, on time and on the budget.
My approach is to: create product that outperform expectations — structurally, financially, and operationally.
